Natasha Vorrasi is a consultant with a human resources background of over 18 years’ experience, with particular expertise in the finance industry.
Natasha has held several senior roles during her corporate career and has extensive experience in strategic HR including change management, diversity & inclusion, talent management and learning & development. She is also extremely accomplished in employee engagement, culture change, HR communications, amongst other key corporate HR domains.
Natasha is a trained coach (Accredited Business Coaching with Myler Campbell Mastered). She brings her HR knowledge and expertise to strategic organisational projects and works as a coach with individual clients in the areas of leadership, personal development, and career transitions.
With an academic background in gender studies, anthropology and psychology, Natasha has long advocated for fairness, openness, acceptance, and opportunity in the workplace. Driven by her convictions and values, Natasha is an active champion for positive social change and the promotion of difference as a core strength.
Natasha, an Italian-Australian, has lived in Europe for almost 2 decades and is currently based in Paris after previously living in London and Amsterdam.
