Natasha Vorrasi is a Chartered Coaching Psychologist and Accredited Executive Coach with a background in Human Resources of over 18 years within the finance industry.
As a Senior Consultant and Lead Coach, Natasha has extensive expertise in strategic organisational projects and D&I learning programmes. Her coaching approach leverages psychological theory and change management methods for professional development in the areas of leadership, careers, and performance. Her field of experience also includes people and culture change, having held several senior HR roles in strategy and organisation, diversity & inclusion, talent management, learning & development, employee engagement and communications.
Driven by her conviction and values, Natasha has long advocated for fairness, openness, acceptance, and opportunity in the workplace. She is an active champion for positive social change and the promotion of difference as a core strength. Natasha is an Italian-Australian living in Europe for over 2 decades and is currently based in Paris after previous stints in London and Amsterdam.
