THE PLAN

Programme to lead as allies now!

How can we use our privilege to help others? We have developed a flexible yet structured training solution called ‘The PLAN’. We provide a space to learn, collaborate, have bold and brave conversations, deep-dive into topics, and brainstorm solutions for the future of work, while becoming better allies to drive social change.

THE
PLAN

Programme to lead
as allies now!

Welcome to an engaging modular learning experience around privilege that is flexible, yet structured, and paced, yet definitive. You have space to learn at your own pace, collaborate with others, have bold and brave conversations, deep-dive into topics and brainstorm solutions for the future of work and allyship.

UNIQUE IN DESIGN

CONCERNS EVERYONE

We all have some form of privilege. This programme caters to everyone, irrespective of background, identity, or job title. It engages a broader population and inspires the majority to work towards a more level playing field.

INNOVATES AND UPLIFTS D&I

The PLAN complements, uplifts, and adds value to all other diversity & inclusion efforts you may be involved in. This learning journey will create a-ha moments and open your eyes to the potential of privilege and use it for good.

EMPATHY AND ALLYSHIP

Often privilege is downplayed and we can lose precious advocacy, sponsorship and allyship. The PLAN has a purpose-driven narrative around empathy, and dismantles the notions of shame, guilt and alienation often associated with having privilege.

A JOURNEY OF Blended LEARNING

This is an interactive learning experience using scenarios, case studies, gamification, hackathons, audio-visual tutorials, and virtual sessions. Using a flexible, bite-sized hybrid model, The PLAN offers structure, yet flexibility appealing to different learning styles.

YOU NEED TO BE ON THE PLAN!

An innovative & exciting learning journey

The Privilege Project PLAN is different. It uses tools to understand and reframe privilege to recognise difference, include others, be an advocate and ally and help level the playing field. The PLAN delivers engaging content, flexible yet structured learning, relatability and tangible results, through an emphasis on privilege.

The learning journey is multifaceted, appealing to a host of learning and information processing styles and providing an element of control over self learning. Delegates develop hacks on being adaptive, proactive and resilient in our new global working model, all while aiming to drive cultural change.
